Account Executive (Sales)

Onico Solutions is an industry leader in Temporary, Temporary to Permanent and Permanent IT resource staffing and support to Fortune 500 Companies across Canada.  Founded in 1999 Onico’s philosophy is that “World Class” IT staffing begins with the right people who embody the right process.  We are currently looking for an outgoing and dynamic Account Executive (Sales) to join our Toronto based team.  The ideal Account Executive (Sales) will have prior experience working in the staffing industry in both permanent and contract placements.

Responsibilities

  • Recommend and develop target clients
  • Gain and develop new opportunities for growth
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by developing relationships with a variety of clients
  • Manage accounts by working with Onico’s recruitment teams to provide clients with exceptional candidates for their needs
  • Understand client needs and align them with Onico’s service offerings, while effectively communicating those needs to the team
  • Contribute to the overall team environment by sharing best practices and accomplishing goals

Qualifications

  • Successful candidates must have a solid track record in sales/recruiting/IT
  • Proven ability to develop new accounts
  • Knowledge of the IT industry
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple mandates with a positive attitude
  • A professional attitude with a strong customer service mentality
  • Dedication, persistence, flexibility and a willingness to go the extra mile
  • Ability to foster innovation and think outside the box
  • Strong analytical skills
