| Description: |
Assignment: Support of the following Applications/Systems:
· EDI
Responsibilities:
· Schedule and Co-ordinate implementation of Trading Partners onto EDI and other electronic solutions
· Provide technical support to trading partners, Application Support and Business technology liaisons regarding EDI transmission, mapping and EDI Network issues
· Analyze, test and implement EDI transactions with new and existing Trading Partners
· Implement and maintain all EDI translator issues, mapping and updating partner profiles and reports
· Review the daily EDI logs for problems and perform corrective actions to resolve issues
· Process inbound and outbound transactions for Billing, Invoicing and Tracking systems
· Develop and maintain documentation to allow tracking of all Trading Partner status
· Develop and maintain relationships with both Internal and External customers
· Manage communications between the business and customers
· Respond to customer requests in a timely manner
· Provide continuous improvement to process
Must Have:
· Excellent communication skills (Written and Oral)
· 3 to 5 years of EDI and/or EC experience
· Knowledge of EDI Standards - ANSI X12, TDCC, EDIFACT, XML
· Strong Unix (HP-UX) skills
· Experience with electronic manifest, shipment status and invoice documents
· Able to excel in fast pace environment
· Ability to handle multiple tasks at a time
· Good analytical skills
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Nice to Have:
· Knowledge of GXS Enterprise/AI, VAN, and Cyclone |
