• Programming background preferred (C#, .NET, ASP, SQL)
• RUP (asset)


Specific Accountabilities:
1.  Act as an initiator and/or facilitator and coordinator of components within projects, across disciplines, and throughout the organization by:
 Rapidly assimilating knowledge on the real estate cycle and the Organizations business model to ensure that new and existing projects serve the business initiative
 Servicing requests for application development by end-users
 Ensuring communication channels are initiated and maintained between relevant groups
 Promoting adoption of RUP (Rational) standards and practices
2.   Working as part of a team to develop, design, integrate and document real estate solutions and applications for internal and external stakeholders
 
3.   Work in close collaboration with the support team(s) to facilitate development of real estate solutions and applications
4.  Co-ordinate and report on projects’ progress and status as requested
5.   Keep up-to-date with competitive opportunities/technologies that may enhance assigned projects 
6.   Investigate and make recommendations regarding the improvement of  (assigned) projects and as they relate to the efficiency of the organization’s operations and procedures
 
7.   Assist in the creation of project documentation and customer support documents 
8.   Undertaking other duties as may be assigned from time to time
