Try & Buy Program

Onico provides temporary to permanent IT professionals through our “Try & Buy” Program.  Onico's "Try & Buy" Program allows our clients the flexibility to ensure that the candidates considered for Permanent Positions exceed their technical and service requirements.  At the same time Onico’s “Try & Buy” allows for a proper assessment period therefore increasing the success ratio for creating a stable and “World Class” IT Environment.
Onico has demonstrated a decrease of incidents regarding turnover, burnout and poorly matched skill sets through the “Try & Buy” Program.  This program has proven to be cost and time effective.   It ensures that the Permanent staff are of “World Class” caliber therefore creating the strongest and most reliable environment.

The “Try & Buy” recruitment fee is specified contractually from 0% up to a maximum of 20% of their placement salary and is dependant on the length of contract and skill set of the individual.
