Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Analyst
We are currently looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Analyst for a minimum 6 month contract (likely extension) for a recent implementation of our client’s sales and customer service modules.
Experience
- 6+ years of progressive experience in the D365 CRM (Most current version) customization & configuration
- Strong knowledge in Sales and Customer Service Modules including SSRS reports
- Experience with Dynamics Marketing or other email marketing tools (e.g. ClickDimensions) is an asset
- Experience with full-life cycle implementations of Dynamics CRM
- Basic understanding of the integration methodologies and web development fundamentals using Microsoft technology stack (e.g. Dynamics xRM, .Net Framework, SQL Server, SOA / Web Services)
- Knowledge in release management processes (e.g. Azure devops, Github etc.)
- Experience in Agile (Scrum) based methodology
- Certifications in MS Dynamics 365 an asset
- Experience with Financial Services an asset
Skills
- Strong requirements gathering and business process analysis skills.
- Proven ability to facilitate workshops and presenting solution ideas. Conduct training sessions for superusers.
- Excellent communication skills are important – both written and verbal. Translating technical concepts into layman’s terms is an essential skill
- Transform clients’ needs into Dynamics 365 solutions in collaboration with the Architect
Delivery
- Work with the CRM agile team to deliver new capabilities on D365 platform (60%-70%)
- Assist the production support team to resolve defects/issue (30%-40%)
This is a minimum 6 month contract with likely extension located in downtown Toronto (work from home until deemed safe).
