Senior ECM Technical Analyst (OpenText)

The Senior ECM Technical Analyst (OpenText) is responsible for serving as Technical Lead on key Enterprise Content Management (ECM) projects, including analysis, planning, execution, testing and support. You are also responsible for the successful daily operations of the ECM systems.

Responsibilities
• Act as key liaison between the business and IT. The role is responsible for defining the ECM design and configuration solutions that translate business needs into development requirements
• Be responsible for requirements, design, implementation, maintenance and enhancements to OpenText ECM solutions to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Understand business problems and opportunities in the context of business requirements and recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals on time and within budget.
• Lead the team in administering and troubleshooting ECM systems
• Developing solutions using a variety of tools, including Content Server workflows, LiveReport / WebReports, OpenText Capture Centre profiles (OCC) and Content Web Services / .NET applications etc

Qualifications
• 7+ years of relevant industry experience working with OpenText Content Suite focused on EDM, ECM and Records Management (RM)
• Managed and delivered large scale complex IT projects through all phases of the project lifecycle from scoping and planning, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and go live
• Expertise in Open Text Content Server 16 or above (including Web Reports, Workflow, SQL., .NET Web Services, Records Management module and Object Importer)
• Expertise in Web Development technologies (HTML, JavaScript)
• Experience with object-oriented programming (.NET/Java) and Relational Databases (Oracle / SQL Server)
• Experience implementing and supporting document capture systems (i.e., Open Text Capture Center or Captiva)

This is a minimum 14 month contract hybrid role located in downtown Toronto.
